Approximately 10–15 working days for standard products; 15–25 working days for custom products (varies by order quantity and production process).
Q3: Do you provide product selection support?
Yes. We offer free engineering selection support based on equipment weight and working conditions, and recommend the most suitable specifications and thicknesses.
Q4: Do you support OEM / Private Label services?
Yes. We provide dedicated OEM / Private Label services for distributors, including deep logo engraving and exclusive color customization.
Q5: What is your sample policy?
Material samples or production samples are available, and sample fees can be deducted from formal orders.
Q6: Do you support batch consistency and traceability?
Yes. All product batches can be traced back to raw material and production inspection records to ensure consistency across different batches.
Q7: Do you provide third-party test reports?
Yes. We can provide third-party load test reports, material performance reports, UV aging/impact resistance tests, etc. (Custom test items are available upon request).
